1. The MTC logo and the site icon

The MTC logo belongs to MTC ROMÂNIA IMPEX SRL. For this website it was redrawn as a vector, with the help of an AI assistant (Claude), from the logo image published on the former mtc.ro website, without changing its shape; the site icon is the spiral from the logo.

2. Photographs

The photographs on the home page and the Production page were taken on the production floor at TRC Park, Jucu de Sus, on 4 November 2026, with an Apple iPhone 17 Pro. They are only cropped to 4:3 and downsized, with no other retouching and no AI. Under each photograph is its title, identical to the file name, and its details (date, location, GPS coordinates, equipment, camera, editing) appear when you move the cursor over it or tap it.

The names and trademarks of the equipment and manufacturers mentioned on the website belong to their owners.

3. Graphics

The film layer diagram on the home page and the animation in its background are original drawings, computed by the website in the browser, with no images taken from other sources.

4. The virtual assistant (Lumen)

The virtual assistant icon, Lumen, was created for BarrierLab, MTC’s laboratory, with an AI-based image generation tool (GPT Image 2.5, via Higgsfield) and is used in the same way on barrierlab.ro and on mtc.ro. Its animation (the light that follows the cursor, the glints and the pulse while the assistant prepares an answer) is computed by the website in the browser.

5. Fonts

IBM Plex Sans and IBM Plex Mono, © IBM Corp., under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The fonts are hosted on the website, with no requests to external services. Licence text:

6. Software

The pages are generated statically with Eleventy (MIT licence). Only the website’s own code runs in the browser; no third-party scripts, fonts or images are loaded. The virtual assistant window is loaded only after your consent, in an isolated frame, from the assistant service provided by BEYOND SOFTWARE SRL.

7. Artificial intelligence

The website’s code, texts and the English and German translations were drafted with the help of an AI assistant (Claude), based on the content of the former mtc.ro website and on information provided by MTC.

The virtual assistant on the website is an artificial intelligence system, as stated in the consent panel and in the chat window before use, in line with Article 50 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence; its answers are generated automatically and may contain errors.
